Years ago, I started making my own Christmas cards for my family and friends. Since I only sent out 15 or so cards, it was inexpensive to hand make the cards. Printing at home and using a lot of cut paper, I would spend an afternoon cutting, gluing, and stamping each one of them. My muse, Little Gerl (a.k.a. LG) was the star. For the 2011 Christmas card, I used the images from the previous cards to create a booklet-style card as a memorial to my best friend. The french-fold booklet was tied with a soft, warm yarn.
